How to Submit a Prescription
To process and ship your prescription medication safely and legally, Bluee Box Rx must receive a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider. You can submit your prescription using one of the following easy methods:
✅ 1. Upload During Checkout
After selecting your medication and proceeding to checkout, you’ll be prompted to upload a clear photo or scanned copy of your prescription. Supported formats: JPG, PNG, PDF.
✅ 2. Email It to Us
You can email a clear copy of your prescription to:

Please include your full name, order number (if available), and contact phone number in the email.
✅ 3. Have Your Doctor Send It
Ask your healthcare provider to send the prescription directly to us via email at 📧 houseofpill@gmail.com. We’ll handle the rest.
✅ 4. Verification Call (If Needed)
In some cases, our pharmacy team may contact your prescriber to confirm the authenticity of your prescription. You’ll be notified if this step is required.

We do not accept handwritten prescriptions that are blurry or incomplete.
